This is a story of every common man who is amongst us. He is a man, who is holding the post of a team leader, to facilitate us in writing and narrating the story I name him Mr.X.Our hero, Mr.X is a team leader facing all the problems which usually a team leader faces. I'll  try to narrate one by one his story when he faces some emmotional set backs or problems.
         Today Mr.X is not normal ,since he came back from board meeting. He was sitting idle in his cabin not willing to intract with anyone. Suddenly he felt that he has to apply more force in taking breath. He was a bit frightened.           It happens with every one, when our mood changes the pace of our breathings. When we are under immense tension, we offen feel problem in taking breathings. Prof. Dr. Allen Fozal head of the deptt. of psychology of Uata university says that we can get rid of stress, if we control our breathing intake. Deep breathing is very essential part of stress management programme. In Indian yoga system "pranayam" is a process to controle our breathing system. Actually in indian life style, control over breathing is very important aspect of living. In our India, we don't name breathing air as simple air but we call it "pran vayu", it means the air which carries our "prana" or life.In our philosphy of life pranayam is diviced to control our entire  breathing system. "Pranayam" not only keeps us hale and hearty, it also helps us to focus on a particular subject,we can call it concentration............... Every morning visualise the gold with in you and take a few deep breaths and let it awaken you to the rich and abandent world with in you. Your breaths should be neither too deep nor too shallow. just breathe steadly and calmly as you can. Thus take a step in to a whole new world of inner abandence -of health, wealth and happiness. Breathing is a symphony of life try to listen it with complete focus on its musical notes. it shall be a new experience of life.Enjoy it..................................
